About This Site
Knee Pain Relief Hub is a small independent site about living more comfortably with sore, stiff or arthritic knees. We publish long-term reviews, honest comparisons and simple how-to guides for the at-home gear people actually reach for: knee braces and sleeves, hot and cold therapy wraps, heated knee massagers, TENS units and knee pillows for better sleep. Everything here is written from everyday use, not lab testing, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Knee Health and Safety
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of these products treat, cure or diagnose any condition. Sudden knee swelling, a knee that locks, gives way or will not bear weight, redness with warmth or fever, or pain after a fall or injury needs a doctor, not a gadget. Talk to your doctor or physical therapist before starting a new brace, device or exercise, especially if you have diabetes, poor circulation, neuropathy or a joint replacement.
Cold and heat can injure skin. Always keep a cloth layer between an ice pack and bare skin, limit cold sessions to about 15 to 20 minutes, and never fall asleep on a heating device. People with reduced feeling in their legs should check their skin often. A brace that is too tight can cut off circulation: loosen it if your foot tingles, goes numb or changes color.
TENS units are electrical devices. Do not use one if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or if you have epilepsy, unless your doctor approves. Never place pads over the heart, head, throat, broken skin or the front of the neck, and do not use one while driving or in water. Follow every manufacturer instruction and warning label.
